Dr. Lucretia Greear, DVM, CVA
Dr. Greear is the lead Veterinarian here at the Woodhaven Animal Hospital. She specializes in holistic treatments and has an extensive background working with cancer patients. Dr. Greear grew up in Ohio and studied veterinary medicine at Michigan State. Dr. Greear has always wanted to take care of those that don’t have a voice of their own. Opening and running her own practice has been her passion for a number of years. Dr. Greear is married and has four wonderful and extremely active boys that are all involved in sports. When she’s not at the hospital you’ll find her being THAT sports mom, yelling and screaming, cheering them on. Dr. Greear has several pets, including dogs, reptiles, chickens (yes chickens), and bunnies.
Dr. Eric Mann, DVM
Dr. Mann Graduated from Ross University in 2003. He worked at numerous clinics doing relief work since graduating. Dr. Mann loves doing surgery and does most of our shelter surgeries. When not at work you will find Dr. Mann volunteering at his kid’s sports events including coaching basketball for 10 years. Dr. Mann has been married since 2001! He has 2 dogs, and his wife has 3 cats.
Dr. Patricia Odette, DC
Dr. Odette has been a Chiropractor for over 37 years. She is trained in Veterinary Orthopedic Manipulation. As a Veterinary Chiropractor as well as a Human Chiropractor, she has an extensive background in spinal-related disorders. She has been and continues to be a strong voice in the rescue world. She loves animals and understands that many problems can in fact be treated without the use of drugs and surgery. Dr. Odette resides in Woodhaven with her rescue dog Xena. She is also very involved in community affairs and is the Mayor of the City of Woodhaven.
Dr. Emily Bondar, DC
Dr. Emily is trained in Veterinary Orthopedic Manipulation. As a Veterinary Chiropractor as well as a Human Chiropractor and a Licensed Massage Therapist, she has an extensive background in spinal and soft tissue-related disorders and conditions. Dr. Emily studied chiropractic at Life University in Georgia, and now resides in Southgate. She has always wanted to holistically treat animals as well as humans; Chiropractic just happened to be the perfect fit!

Jessica P.
Jessica has been a Veterinary Nurse for over 17 years. Although she loves all of her duties as a Vet Tech, she has become particularly fond of surgery, dental work, and stem cell therapy. Much of her work at the Woodhaven Animal Hospital is done in the surgery room. She and her husband live with an amazing Newfoundland’s named Ness and Brick along with her sassy little bulldogs, Ivy and London. You may see them when you come to visit us! When she’s not working, she loves gardening and visiting northern Michigan with her family and friends.
Lea H.
Lea works both as the Veterinary Practice Manager and as a Licensed Veterinary Nurse at Woodhaven Animal Hospital. Lea has always had a passion for animals and continues to do animal rescue/volunteer work when she is not working. Other than working with animals, Lea loves to spend her free time with her husband and children, exercise, and read. She has two dogs, four cats, a rabbit, and a tortoise at home and she shows no signs of slowing down when it comes to adopting pets.

Melissa A.
Melissa has been a Licensed Veterinary Nurse for 20 years and has worked closely with Doctor Greear for most of that time. Nowadays, she hones most of her skills with our surgery patients. When Melissa is not working, she spends time with her husband, her three kids, and her two dogs. She enjoys going camping, gardening, and taking care of her honeybees.
Hyperbaric Operator
Sam B.
Sam is a Veterinary Nurse Assistant and is also trained to operate the hospital’s hyperbaric chamber. She has her Bachelor of Science in Biology and is certified as our primary Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber Operator. Sam has three dogs and two cats. When she’s not working, she loves to spend time with her animals at home and enjoys the outdoors.

Julia is a veterinary assistant and has always loved animals. She is the founder of Chaucer’s Place, a Senior/Hospice Cat Rescue. When she’s not working, she spends all of her spare time at home with her many cats and husband.

Jordynn loves working at the Woodhaven Animal Hospital and learning new things from all of her experienced co-workers. She is currently attending Penn Foster College to become a Veterinary Nurse. When she’s not working or studying, she enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors with her family and friends, and her Yellow Lab, Grizz.

Laura D.
Laura is one of the friendly voices that you will hear when you call our office. She has over 23 years of experience at veterinary hospitals and has worked side-by-side with Dr. Greear for many years. She loves working with people and animals! She is married, has a daughter, and a mixed lab named Oakley as well as a Frenchie named Lincoln, who will more than likely greet you as soon as you walk in the door. In her spare time, she loves to read, exercise, and hang out with her family.

As a receptionist, Amy is one of the first people you will see when you walk into Woodhaven Animal Hospital. Amy is always eager to help since she has been a customer service representative for over 20 years. Her passion for helping animals is what makes this a second home for Amy. When Amy is not working, she is at home spending time with her kids and Fur-Babies!
